About Leukos Architecture
We started Leukos Arquitectura in 2018, founded by Francisco Joaquín Jiménez and Xiomara López, both architects graduated from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.
Long before founding the architecture studio, we often heard stories of complications during the construction of houses, renovation works, etc; dissatisfaction with the construction processes and the bureaucracy and even the communication with the architect in charge of the project.
Hence the vocation to facilitate the task of our clients and the origin of what is now Leukos Architecture. We all know someone who is scared, tired and even “afraid” by bureaucracy and administration. It is inevitable, in any construction project, to go through the administration to obtain its approval. What can be avoided is that the process is an ordeal between a multitude of windows and mountains of documents.
We can offer a solution to these problems due to our long experience in all kinds of procedures and relations with the administration, which makes it easier for us to navigate between bureaucracy and administrative procedures.
For this reason, our main objective is achieving an architecture that is close to the client, in the role of advisers and facilitators of the process, without impositions in the design and with the main mission of making any project easier, whether it is constructive or only administrative.
Accompanying you without neglecting the design
This obsession with facilitating any process for our clients does not conflict with design and customization.
Our trajectory enables us to offer many solutions in design and construction. Always focusing on what our customers need.
For this, the most important thing is active listening.
Listening to the opinions and preferences of the client is essential and we try to do so so that the final result adapts as much as possible to the expectations of the project.
There are many times that a design only stays in innovative materials or an aesthetic alternative, but it can be much more.
Adapting rooms to each person’s way of life or, for example, a swimming pool to the individual preferences of a family opens up a wide range of possibilities and, subsequently, increases happiness. All this without taking into account the customization of the facilities or, for example, applying bioclimatic or energy saving criteria.
Our ultimate goal is to accompany our clients by reducing bureaucratic inconvenience as much as possible and offering a design adapted to their preferences.
