Complete renovation of a flat in the center of Cartagena
This project was located in the center of Cartagena, in the Plaza de la Merced, in the middle of the central cinema and very close to the Palacio de Aguirre, with the main objective was the opening of spaces.
Thus, the reform for a foreign retired couple focused on addapting the flat to them and their lifestyle.
The apartment had not been renovated since its construction in the 90s, so it needed a major facelift as well as an adaptation to its new owners. A huge living-dining-kitchen area open to the main façade of the building welcomes visitors with a flood of light.
At the other end of the house we find the master bedroom, with a work space and lots of storage and en suite bathroom.
All in all a completely renovated apartment where we not only adapted the house to the owners but also included a lot of amenities such as ducted air conditioning segmented by zones, a large island where to prepare food and cook and bathrooms with suspended toilets.
