Property renovation at Paseo Manzanares, Los Alcazares, Murcia
This is one of the projects we are most proud of, a refurbishment in a unique location with direct views of the Mar Menor in the middle of the promenade of Los Alcazares.
It was a mid 19th century house that had many problems, structural, leaks and totally obsolete installations.
We modernised it by bringing it into the 21st century, changing the layout, making the most of all the space and, along the way, reinforcing the structure and the roof.
Not only was it a challenge on a technical level, with a very complex metal substructure reinforcement, but we are also very happy with the final result.
